New Podcast Coming Soon: Late Diagnosis Club
Announcing the Autistic Culture Podcast Network, one of our new shows coming this fall to support members of the lost generation, and a request for you if you are in the Club!
Today has been an awful day, and 2025 has been an awful year for Autistic people. Policy churn, culture-war noise, and bad-faith “debates” have made it harder to be heard and to get support. More than ever we need to come together in community, compare notes, and make space for clear stories told by us.
The Autistic Culture Podcast has grown into a global conversation and it’s more important now than ever to create space for more Autistic voices. That’s why today we are announcing the launch of the Autistic Culture Podcast Network. We have been working hard on a host of shows and events to get more Neurodivergent Voices out there. One of our first new shows is called Late Diagnosis Club.
Late Diagnosis Club is for adults who got their answers late. We look at what it means to discover autism, ADHD, or AuDHD in adulthood and then rebuild a life that fits. Each episode pairs a frank, research aware conversation with someone who is in our club with a short therapeutic tool you may want to implement the same day. We separate evidence from trend, unpack the claims about overdiagnosis, and map the real tradeoffs between formal assessment and self identification. We also get practical about daily life: burnout recovery, unmasking without burning bridges, sensory friendly home and work setups, boundaries, relationships, and making study or work sustainable.
The goal is simple. Listeners finish each episode with language for what they are living, one tool they can try today, and the sense that they are not the only one. No pathologizing. No gatekeeping. Just usable ideas and voices from the lost generation who were missed by stereotypes and moving goalposts.
Maybe you are feeling useless or hopeless today, but what if your story could help someone else? If you are someone who find power and comfort in serving others from your community, we would love to feature YOU and YOUR STORY, on the show. We are booking guests for season 1 right now.
We record on Thursday afternoons UK time, which is morning in the US. If you have a late diagnosis story that you want to share, and you are free in that window, email me at info@AutisticCulturePodcast.com with your time zone and a few lines about your story. Let’s put these accounts on the record and build the archive we wish we had.
Sounds great!
