I am currently in the process of creating my low-demand lifestyle. Part of that includes decluttering and pairing down what I own. The less stuff I have, the better I feel.
The results are encouraging enough to keep me motivated but the mental part of it has been slowing me down. Thank you for sharing that you had to deal with that too.

100%. I did that too. Feels so so so good. Was quite a lot of mental work to let things go but I’m so happy about it now all the deciding is done.
