Many of us arrive feeling unsure, quiet, or convinced everyone else knows how to “do this” better. There is no expectation to perform, speak, explain yourself, or be visible before you are ready. You can listen. You can type. You can keep your camera off the entire time.
This taster session is simply a chance to see what the space feels like, without pressure or commitment. Come as you are, however that looks today.
