Tomorrow at 8am PT, 11am ET, 4pm UK, and 5pm Europe we will be getting together on Zoom for our monthly workshop.

Sensory sensitivity shapes every part of autistic life, often in ways we don’t fully notice until we crash. Maybe bright lights drain you, certain fabrics make you tense, or background noise makes it impossible to think. This workshop is about finally paying attention to those signals instead of fighting them.

Together we’ll explore how sight, sound, touch, taste, movement, and smell each affect your mood and energy. You’ll create your own personal “sensory map” to understand what overwhelms you, what soothes you, and what balance looks like in daily life.

This is a practical, hands-on session for late-discovered autistic adults who are ready to stop forcing themselves to “just deal with it” and start building environments that work with their nervous systems. Bring a notebook and an open mind — your senses have been speaking all along; it’s time to listen.
