We’re always looking to lift up Autistic voices, stories, and experiences. You don’t need to be an “expert” or have a huge platform. If you have something on your heart, something you’d like to share, reach out. This space is yours, too.
⭐ Leave a Review or Rating
One of the easiest (and most impactful) ways to support the show is by leaving a review on Apple Podcasts or giving us a rating on Spotify. These tiny actions help us show up in search results and help others find their way to the show.

🤝 Volunteer
We always have little projects going on—some creative, some behind the scenes. If you have a couple of hours a week and want to help out, we’d love to hear from you. Here are some examples of the types of projects you could work on:
Content Support: Assisting with episode planning, research, and writing, particularly for advocacy and educational segments.
Event Coordination: Supporting virtual events like the Halloween costume party, managing RSVPs, or coordinating logistics.
Technical Assistance: Helping with editing, uploading episodes, and managing the podcast’s website or platforms.
🌱 Become a Sustaining Member
If you have a little extra and it feels easeful, we’d love for you to become a sustaining member. You’ll be helping us keep the podcast going—and growing. Sustaining members fund transcripts, accessibility tools, community events, and more.
You can also join as a Guardian Member, our informal board of sorts. Guardian Members get a subscription for themselves and gift one to someone else in need. It's mutual aid, podcast-style.
